一个企业或者公司,在选用一些领导的时候首先不是考虑的是个人能力,个人能力强的在企业或者公司那叫骨干,企业对职工的要求越来越高,不仅仅实在能力方面,毕竟一个人能在企业中做到预备领导这一块的时候不会是来这个企业三天两天的,其能力也都是有目共睹的。那么企业是怎么在众多骨干中选出一个具有领导的核心人物?那就看到学历了。大家能力相同,学历高的先上,如果别人都是大专中专,而你是本科,在条件等同的情况下,本科学历成为领导的概率是最大的。

5.以身示范,给孩子树立榜样,营造家庭学习氛围;

教育孩子多是以身作则,而非DNA。当孩子开始上学的时候,你是拿什么给孩子树立榜样的。在孩子面前,你学历低,看本书那叫装样子。你学历高不看书,那也是肚子有东西。
